Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Sessions Court since charge sheet has been filed.

It reveals that earlier bail application was rejected by the Sessions Court on 12.02.2020, and thereafter, during pendency of present application charge sheet came to be filed. In view of that,

Order 2408ba199.20 permission to withdraw criminal application is granted, and the same is disposed of accordingly. Liberty is granted to the applicant to file bail application before the Sessions Court which will be decided on its own merits with regard to the circumstances that now investigation is completed. 4.

This order be communicated to the counsel appearing for the parties, either on the e-mail address or on WhatsApp or by such other mode, as is permissible in law.
