Our attention is invited to the orders dated 9th December, 2010 and 27th September, 2019 passed in the PIL No.8/2010 (Madan Pralhad Thool Vs. State of Maharashtra and others) which was disposed of. 4.

It is claimed by learned counsel for petitioner that contrary to these orders, parking area is occupied unauthorisedly by the private operators but the mandate given in the aforesaid orders is not taken to its logical end by the Authorities including that of the Corporation and the Collector.

Copies of the aforesaid orders dated 9th December, 2010 and 27th September, 2019 shall be made available to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel Mr. Kasat appearing for the Corporation and Mr. Thakare, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent-State seek time to submit response.
