A matrimonial dispute between the parties, led to filing the present writ petition. During the pendency of the writ petition, the parties settled their disputes through the process of mediation. An agreement in pursuance of the process of mediation was executed between the parties. The same has been placed on record. It is signed by the rival parties as well as their respective counsels and the learned Mediator.

In this backdrop, Civil Application (CAW) No. 617/2022, is moved by the petitioner for permission to withdraw the writ petition, in view of

2 / 2 911.wp4901.2019 the settlement of the dispute between the parties. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The parties are directed to abide by terms of agreement dated 16.12.2021, executed between the parties.

The presence of the petitioner in the Court is noted and he is identified by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
