The Registry shall examine the affidavit and record its satisfaction as regards service to respondent nos. 3 to 5 and thereafter place the matter before the Court. The application is accordingly disposed of.

Writ Petition No. 8062 of 2023 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent no. 2 has expired and seeks time to take steps because the details of legal representatives of respondent no. 2 are not available. Time granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is now requesting for interim relief.

The petition has been filed in the year 2023. Till today, no interim relief was granted. In the circumstances, I do
