By the present applications, the applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 37 days in filing the application for restoration of second appeal and restoration of second appeal, which has been dismissed by order dated 02.01.2020 for nonremoval of office objections. 2.

Considering the reasons mentioned in paras 2 to 4, delay of 37 days in filing the application for restoration is condoned. The application for restoration of second appeal is allowed. Accordingly, appeal is restored to the file. 3.
