This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application No.1376/2021 which was rejected for want of prosecution. The said application was a joint application for quashment of First Information Report registered for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 294, 323, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

For reasons stated in the application and more particularly in paragraph Nos.3 and 4, we are of view that the applicant has made out a case for restoration. 4.

The criminal application for restoration is allowed and disposed of. Order dated 1.3.2022 is recalled. Criminal Application No.1376/2021 is restored to its original file. JUDGE JUDGE !! BRW !!
