Heard.

This is an application seeking permission to deposit Rs. 50,000/-. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to financial constraints he could not deposit the said amount. However he is ready to deposit the said amount within a period of one week. For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Criminal Application is allowed to the extent that the applicant is allowed to deposit Rs. 50,000/- with the Registry of Sessions Court, Akola in compliance with the order dated 7.9.2017 within one week. The applicant is at liberty to file separate application for suspension of sentence. The Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
