By this application, respondent No.1 seeks permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant. 2.

It is contended by respondent No.1 that his land is acquired by the appellant. Now, he has no source of income and he is need of money for his day to day expenses.

Learned counsel for the appellant and learned AGP for the State oppose the application since the amount of compensation granted is exorbitant.

For reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited compensation amount along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking. The amount be disbursed on due verification and identification.

The application is disposed of.
