2] Considering the trivial delay and the reasons assigned, the application seeking to condone delay in filing application for restoration of Writ Petition Stamp No. 17569/2023 is allowed. Delay is condoned. 3] The civil application is disposed of.

MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO. 4526/2024 4] By present application, the applicants are seeking to restore Writ Petition Stamp No. 17569/2023 to its original file. The Registrar (Judicial), vide order dated 8/1/2024, refused to register the petition for non-removal of office objections.

5] The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that if the petition is restored to file, the learned Counsel shall remove office objections within one week and shall attend the proceedings diligently.

6-CAO-416-2024 6] In view of assurance so given, the application is allowed. Order dated 8/1/2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside. Writ Petition Stamp No. 17569/2023 is restored to file. 7] The civil application is disposed of.

WRIT PETITION ST. NO. 17569/2023 8] The petitioners shall remove office objections within seven working days from today failing which the order of dismissal shall stand restored without further reference to the Court.
