The appellant to remove the office objections within a period of three weeks, subject to that, notice be issued. Civil Application (CAF) No.1080/2021 It is submitted that the entire decretal amount has been deposited before the Reference Court.

In view of the said statement, stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment and decree.
