The learned counsel for the parties state that the dispute between the parties is compromised and the compromise deed executed at Mohali on 14/12/2015 is placed before the Criminal Court at Punjab and in this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.916 of 2014. The learned counsel for the parties have tendered a photostat copy of the compromise deed, dated 14/12/2015. It is stated that both the parties have acted in terms of the terms mentioned in the compromise deed. It is stated that the marriage between the parties stands dissolved on the terms mentioned in the compromise deed. The compromise deed appears to have been signed by both the parties and their counsel. The parties are personally present in the Court today and they are identified by the respective counsel. The parties state that the compromise deed has been signed by them with their free consent. They state that they are ad idem on the terms mentioned in the compromise deed.
In view of the terms mentioned in the compromise deed, the Family Court Appeal is disposed of. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE KHUNTE
