The learned Counsel for the appellant has submitted that the appellant does not want to prosecute with the first appeal and seeks permission to withdraw the same. The appellant has filed Pursis St. No.6482/2019 dated 29/4/2019 to that effect. In view of the pursis filed by the appellant, permission to withdraw the first appeal is granted.

The claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation, if already not withdrawn. The court-fee be refunded to the appellant, as per rules.

The first appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
