DATED : 04-03-2020 The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Akola has rejected the application of the applicant-accused for cancellation of non-bailable warrant.

Viewed from a strict legalistic perspective, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Akola is not unjustified in taking a serious view of the absence of the applicant.

However, since the applicant is a lady and her husband, who is a co-accused, is in jail, and in that view of the matter, the intention of the applicant is not likely to be to delay the trial, I am allowing this application. 4.

The application is allowed.

5.

The applicant shall be released on bail, subject to such terms and conditions as the learned Sessions Judge may deem fit to impose.
