This is an application for correcting the typographical mistake in recording the name of respondent No.3. In the cause title, the name of respondent No.3 is indicated as 'Master Lakesh s/o Sanjay Bharat' instead of 'Master Laksh s/o Sanjay Bharat', which is wrongly recorded before the Tribunal as well as before this Court. 02] The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that respondent Nos.1 & 4 have no objection in correcting the name of respondent No.3 and admit that the correct name of respondent No.3 is 'Master Laksh s/o Sanjay Bharat'. The learned Counsel for the appellants has no objection for such correction.

03] Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer
