Office of this Court is in receipt of Communication dated 05.10.2024 from the learned District Judge-3 and Additional Sessions Judge, Wardha for extension of time to conclude the trial in Special Child Case No.76 of 2015. 2.
It is informed by the learned counsel for the appellant that only one witness is remained to be examined in Special Child Case No.76 of 2015 and in another Special Child Case No.77 of 2015, three witnesses are examined and the statement of accused is recorded. 3.
In view of this statement and for the reasons mentioned in the communication, in our considered opinion, six months time is sufficient to conclude the trial. Accordingly, six months time is extended.
