Heard Shri Anoop Parihar, the learned Advocate for the applicant and Shri Kadu, the learned AGP for the non-applicants. Though some necessary details are lacking in the application, considering the reasons given in the application and the fact that it is not opposed by the non-applicants inasmuch as the reply is not filed, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The civil application is allowed. The applicant shall pay costs of Rs. 1000/- to the learned Advocate for the non-applicant no.1 and Rs. 1000/- to the learned A.G.P. and produce the receipt showing the payment of costs on the record of the appeal till 13th February, 2015, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
