By this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the accused has prayed that the charge-sheet filed against him for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and the consequent Regular Criminal Case pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class be quashed.

The Criminal Application is filed on 29th February 2020. The applicant has not taken any steps to circulate the matter. The matter was listed before the Court on 10th December 2020 on which date none appeared for the applicant, though the matter was called out twice. Today, none appeared for the applicant in the morning session. The matter was kept back. In the afternoon session, again none for the applicant.

It appears that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the Criminal Application, hence, it is dismissed for want of prosecution.
