By this application, the respondent no.2 seeks extension of time to pay the monetary benefits to the legal heir of the petitioner. 2.

On perusal of record, it is seen that on 10.11.2023, the respondent no.2 was directed to pay monetary benefits to the legal heir of deceased petitioner within a period of four weeks. However, the respondent no.2 failed to comply the said order.

Thereafter Civil Application (W) No.3638/2023 has been moved by the respondent nos. 1 and 2 seeking extension of time to comply with the directions contained in order dated 10.11.2023. This Court while considering the reasons mentioned in that application, extended the time by four weeks to pay the monetary benefits to the legal heir of the petitioner. Despite the same, the respondent nos. 1 and 2 failed to comply the said order.

Today, again by moving aforesaid application, the respondent no.2 has sought time to comply with the order dated 10.11.2023. 5.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) to be paid to the High Court Legal Services, Sub-Committee, Nagpur four weeks time is granted to the respondent no.2 to pay the monetary benefits as per law in terms of order dated 10.11.2023, by way of last chance. 6.

The civil application stands disposed.
