By this civil application, the applicant/respondent No.2 seeks to correct a factual error in the order dated 24/01/2018.

Hence, as per prayer made in the application instead of the words 'the layout plan is not sanctioned', the words 'the layout plan is sanctioned but it is not handed over to the municipal council' should be incorporated in paragraphs-3 and 5 of the order dated 24/01/2018. Since the statement that is sought to be corrected is a factual mis-statement, the prayer is granted. The necessary correction should be carried out at the earliest.
