Although this application has been opposed mainly on the ground that custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary. Having considered the allegations made against the applicant, it does not appear that for the purpose of interrogation police custody of the applicant will be required. In the reply of the prosecution, no reasons have been stated as to why police custody of the applicant is necessary. The interrogation part can be well taken care of by imposing suitable conditions. As such, I am not inclined to allow this application.

Application is allowed and the interim bail granted to the applicant on 27th February 2018 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with the addition of the condition that now the applicant shall attend the Police Station every day between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm for a period of one week starting from 26th March 2018 and thereafter as and when required by the Investigation Officer. Disposed of.
