It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that though retirement benefits of Rs.17,78,114/- were received by the applicant, the same were in the year 2012. Attention is invited to the communication dated 02.06.2012 in which it has been stated that amount of Rs.1,44,000/- was withheld by the employer on account of wage revision. Since the applicant was required to spend considerable amount on medical expenses, it is prayed that the order directing payment of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs) to the non-applicant be reviewed.

On perusal of the grounds and the material on record, we do not find that there is any error apparent on face of record to invoke review jurisdiction. All material that was on record was considered while passing the said order. Hence, the review application stands dismissed.
