Dated : 12th March, 2019 It is the complaint made in this petition that in spite of the direction of the Commissioner to the Collector to issue a fresh notification under Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, no notification has been issued till this date to acquire the entire Village for the project in question. The grievance of the petitioner can be putforth before the Collector by filing a representation, which shall be decided by the Collector in accordance with law.
