This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and perused the investigation papers. Considering the fact that two young girls, aged approximately 12 to 13 years, were subjected for the forceful sexual assault by their own father. Hence, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application.

Permission is granted to withdraw the present application. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
