Prayer is to condone the delay of 91 days in filing application for restoration of the Second Appeal. For reasons stated in the application the delay in filing restoration application stands condoned. Misc. Civil Application St. No. 4864 of 2014: Prayer is to restore the second appeal as its registration was refused for non removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the application the order refusing registration is revoked. However, applicant to pay costs of Rs. 500/- to the High Court Legal Aid Services Sub Committee Nagpur within a period of 4 weeks . Similarly, objections if any shall be removed within a period of 4 weeks. If aforesaid directions are not complied, earlier order refusing registration shall stand revived. Misc.
