No. 480/18 is allowed and applicants are permitted to be joined as party respondents to assist the Court in the matter. Necessary amendment be carried out immediately. C.A.W. NO. 481 OF 2018 :
3] It is apparent that if grievance of applicants is accepted, it may have impact on entire polling scheduled tomorrow. In any case, the question whether the reservation is to be worked out by rotation or by draw of lots may affect one party or the other. 4] We, therefore, do not find any need to vacate or modify the interim orders passed on 26.2.2018 in Writ Petition No. 938/18 at the instance of intervenors.
5] C.A. No. 481/18 is rejected.
