OCTOBER 21, 2024 On previous date, following order was passed :

"The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent no.2 has expired and, thus, seeks time to take steps.

2] Steps be taken within seven working days from today failing which the petitioners shall pay costs of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited with the High Court Bar Association Library, Nagpur.

3] If steps are taken, list in the week commencing from 7/10/2024."

2] The remark of the Registry indicates that the petitioners have not taken necessary steps and has not deposited costs of Rs.1,000/-.

3] The petition is, thus, dismissed for noncompliance of order. Proceed to recover costs as land revenue.

4-WP-1683-2019 LATER ON 4] Shri T.S. Kene, learned Counsel for the petitioners, is present. He submits that he will diligently attend the matter and will comply order dated 26/9/2024 within three working days from today.

5] On the basis of assurance given, the order of dismissal is recalled with a rider that if order dated 26/9/2024 is not complied within three working days, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

6] If the order is complied, list after Diwali Holidays.
