This is an application filed by the claimants in disposed of appeal.

There is no dispute that, the appeal preferred by the acquiring body came to be disposed of before the National Lok Adalat. There is no dispute that the claimants have withdrawn 75% of the amount of Award deposited, by the acquiring body. By this application, the remaining 25% amount is sought to be withdrawn by the claimants. There is no objection by the respondents/acquitting body. In the Kavita
