This is an application filed by the original plaintiff who is in this case seeking withdrawal of the revision. Civil Application (C) Stamp No.5075/2016 with Civil Revision Application Stamp No.5074/2016 and also for withdrawal of the Regular Civil Suit No.206/2005 pending before the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur, on the count that the matter is amicably settled between the parties out of the Court.

As in the instant case, respondent is not yet issued notice, in view of the matter being settled out of the Court, the permission is granted to the applicant/plaintiff to withdraw Civil Application (C) Stamp No.5075/2016, which was an application for condonation of delay and Civil Revision Application Stamp No.5074/2016. Both these proceedings are disposed of as withdrawn.
