In terms of earlier order dated 28.09.2018, an amount of Rs. Twenty Five Lakhs was deposited by the appellant out of which an amount of Rs.Twenty Lakhs has been withdrawn by the respondent subject to filing an undertaking.

Considering the nature of the award as passed, the appellant is directed to further deposit an amount of Rs. Fifteen Lakhs in this Court within a period of four weeks from today. After such deposit, the respondent is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.Twenty Lakhs subject to filing an undertaking stating therein that in case the appeal is allowed or the amount granted to the applicant is modified that amount would be re-deposited with interest at such rate, the Court may direct. Civil Application stands disposed of.
