ORAL JUDGMENT (PER : SUNIL B. SHUKRE, J.) 1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Pleader, who appears by waiving notice for the respondents.

2] Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the main prayer i.e. prayer no. (i) and alternately prays for issuance of a direction to the respondents to decide the representations at Annexure-9 and Annexure-12 within a time bound manner. 3] Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 4] This petition is disposed of as not pressed in so far as prayer clause (i) is concerned. As regards prayer clause (ii), it is directed that the representations at Annexure-9 and Annexure-12 be decided by the respondents in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of the order. However, all issues are kept open.

5] Rule accordingly. No costs.
