By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no.1 to disburse the arrears of salary to the petitioner pursuant to communication dated 06.10.2023 issued by the respondent no.3.

Considering the nature of relief sought in the petition, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent no.1-The Commissioner, Handicap Welfare, MS, Pune, to take a decision on the proposed communication dated 06.10.2023 forwarded by the respondent no.3in relation to release of arrears of salary as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order.

With aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
