The learned A.P.P. makes a statement on the basis of the written instructions to her from the Jail Superintendent, Amravati that western type of commode is provided to the petitioner to ventilate his grievance. In view of this particular statement, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the writ petitioner.

The writ petition is allowed and withdrawn.
