Perused the Judgment and Order dt.10.7.2014 passed in Writ Petition No.57 of 2014 (Maharashtra Rajya Pension Bachav Shikshak Kruti Samiti, Yavatmal .vs. State of Maharashtra, Ministry of Finance, through its Secretary, Mantralaya, Mumbai). In the present matter, the petitioners were not working in the School receiving grant-in-aid prior to 31.10.2005. As such, the controversy stands concluded by the Judgment dt.10.7.2014 (cited supra). Hence, the present petition is disposed of.
