The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime 88/2020 registered with Police Station Ramnagar, District Chandrapur for offence punishable under section 324, 326, 504 and 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2] The applicant is a student aged 20 years.

3] The applicant has no criminal antecedent.

4] Perusal of the first information report would reveal that the applicant has played no role in the actual assault in which the co-accused used sharp weapons to cause injuries to Suman Verma, the sister-in-law of the informant.

5] Considering the nature of the accusations and the material on record, the age of the accused and the fact

ba207.20.O.odt that he has no criminal antecedent, I am inclined to release on the applicant on bail subject to the following conditions: [i] The applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.10,000/- with a surety of like amount.

[ii] The applicant shall report at Police Station Ramnagar, Chandrapur every Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. till the filing of the charge-sheet.
