This is an application for grant of permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,85,69,245/- deposited by the applicant/appellant in this Court as per the judgment and award of the reference Court.

Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties and perused the application.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

Registry is directed to pay 50% amount on usual undertaking and 25% amount on execution of solvent surety/security alongwith accrued interest thereon to the power of attorney holder i.e. respondent No.1.1 - Mohammad Iqbal Mohammad Usman.

Registry is directed to pay the amount accordingly to respondent No.1.1 - Mohammad Iqbal Mohammad Usman. 6.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
