We direct the Respondent No.1 to complete the investigation and file final report against all the accused persons in accordance with law, who are not covered by the order dated 18.03.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.431/2021. Application is disposed of.

On going through the allegations made in the complaint, we are of the view that sufficient liberty is required to be given to the Investigating officer for making an investigation and filing the final report, in accordance with law. Therefore, we are of the view that this application has been prematurely filed and it stands disposed of as such. We, however, grant liberty to the applicant to approach the competent court and take recourse to appropriate remedy if justified by the circumstances which may appear on record, after charge sheet is filed.

The Application stands disposed of.
