The present application is filed by the appellant for grant of early hearing by fixed date.

It is submitted that the agreement for sale was executed between the parties almost 20 years back and the Second Appeal is admitted in the year 2017. As the appeal pertains to year 2017 and five years have been lapsed since the appeal came to be admitted, the application is allowed.

The matter to be listed in final hearing board in the week commencing from 25/09/2023.
