The civil application for condonation of delay in filing review of the order dated 06/06/2019 in Writ Petition No.3841/2019 came to be dismissed on 26/02/2022 and it was stated that if the application for restoration is preferred, the Registry shall ensure that the direction to pay cost is complied with or receipt indicating deposit of cost is filed. 2.

The present misc. civil application seeks restoration of the application for condonation of delay (CAO No.469/2020).
