This application is for direction to the appellant to deposit the enhanced amount of compensation as per the judgment of this Court dated 01.09.2021.

First appeal is already disposed of vide judgment dated 01.09.2021 and enhanced the amount of compensation to the claimants, however, the appellant has not deposited the amount. It is submitted by Mr Dahat, learned Advocate for the appellant holding for Mr Kasat that due to some technical difficulty, appellant is unable to deposit the amount by online transfer. 3.

In view of that, appellant is permitted to deposit the compensation amount before the Reference Court within two weeks from today.
