The issue involved in the petition pertains to the re-calculation of the amount of pension, provident fund and gratuity receivable by the petitioner and release of the same in case if the petitioner is held to be entitled for.

A detailed representation is informed to have been preferred by the petitioner on 15/11/2024 (Annexure-H) which is yet to be decided.

As such we dispose of the petition with following directions : (a) The representation of the petitioner dated 15/11/2024, if not already decided, be decided within a period of eight weeks from today by the respondent No.3 after considering the contentions raised in the said representation so also in the present petition copy of which is already made available to the respondent No.2. (b) The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter.
