The learned Advocate for the applicant / original petitioner submits that in view of order passed by this Court on Civil Application (CAO) No.44/2018 in M.C.A. Stamp No.17327/2017 in Writ Petition No.4974/2014 on 4th April 2018, the application praying for condonation of delay is not pressed. By the above mentioned order this Court has held that no limitation is prescribed for seeking review of the judgment delivered on applications filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.

In view of the above, the civil application is disposed as not pressed. No costs.

M.C.A. STAMP NO.10526/2018 According to the applicant, she is still in

2 cao1295.18 possession of the field in question. The learned Advocate for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is aged about 68 years and there was some miscommunication between applicant and her Advocate when instructions were sought.

Issue notice to the non-applicants / respondents returnable on 19th October, 2018. 4.

Shri K.R. Lule, learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent No.2.
