Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, injunction application preferred by the petitioner is not decided. Be that as it may, we direct the learned trial Court to decide the injunction application, if not decided, within six weeks from next date fixed before the trial Court. The petitioner is directed to furnish copy of this order before trial Court within two weeks from today. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
