Heard Shri N.M. Jibhkate, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs. K.S. Joshi, learned AGP for respondent No. 1.

The prayer is to issue a writ to un-aided management to deposit arrears of salary.

The salary claimed is for the period from January 2012 to 28.08.2014 and salary is claimed in pay-scale of Rs.5200-20200/-.

In this situation, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in Civil Court for recovery of his dues, we dispose of the present writ petition. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
