Shri Dhabe, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 however, states that

Order 0501wp2369.13 pending Civil Suit No. 650/2011 should be expedited. This Court is not concerned with that suit in the present Writ petition, as such respondents are free to make their request to the Civil Court for its expeditious consideration.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with no order as to costs.
