DATE : 21.04.2016 The writ petition is disposed of with the consent of the learned Counsel for the parties on the following terms :- (1) That the petitioner and the respondent no.3 may produce the necessary documents including the heirship certificate, as desired by the Western Coalfields Limited in support of their respective claim for compassionate appointment. (2) The Western Coalfields Limited would consider and decide the applications made by the petitioner and the respondent no.3 respectively, in accordance with law after the necessary documents and the heirship certificate is submitted.
2104wp1358.14.odt (3) The Western Coalfields Limited would consider appointing one of the persons, that is either the petitioner or the respondent no.3, as per vacancy in surface and underground mine duties/services.
(4) There would be no order as to costs.
