DATE : 12.4.2016 The learned advocate for the applicant states that the criminal application filed by the applicant is within limitation and, therefore, Criminal Application (APPR) No.35/2016 is not pressed. It is disposed of accordingly.

CRIMINAL REVISION NO. /2016 Shri P.H. Khobragade, advocate for the applicant, on instructions, submits that to show bona fides the applicant will deposit Rs.25,000/- with the Registry of this Court till 5th May, 2016. If the amount of Rs.25,000/- is deposited by the applicant till 5th May, 2016, the effect, operation and execution of impugned order shall stand stayed.

If the amount is not deposited within stipulated time, the interim order shall stand recalled and the non-applicants will be at liberty to proceed with the execution.
