This application is filed by original respondent, praying that early date of hearing be given in the Second Appeal. It is the main contention of the respondents that the respondent No.2 is of advanced age and is more than 75 years old.

In view of whatever set out in the application, the application is allowed by directing that the Second Appeal be listed for final hearing in the category of senior citizen.
