The learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is claiming limited relief that the respondents No. 1 & 3/authorities shall decide on the representation/objection dated 28.12.2023 (at Annexure-10) filed by the petitioner as soon as possible. 3.

The learned A.G.P. for respondents/State has submitted that the Authority will decide the petitioner's objection within four weeks.

Having considered the same, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing respondents No.1 and 3 - Authorities to decide the petitioner's objection within four weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner and respondent No.5. 5.

The petitioner and respondent No.5 are directed to appear before the Authority on 17.02.2025, and

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
