After the matter was argued for some time it is noticed that the non-applicant has pointed out in the reply that Crime No.3051 of 2010 is registered against the applicant for the offence punishable under Section 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, however, the applicant has not made any statement about it in the application. At the time of hearing, the learned Senior Advocate tried to point out that prima-facie case is not made out against the applicant in that matter. However, as nothing is stated in the application, I am not inclined to entertain the application.

The application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to file fresh application pointing out all the relevant details.

The interim protection granted by this Court by the order dated 6th March, 2017 shall be operative for one week.
