This is an application for condonation of delay of 255 days caused in preferring the appeal.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after eight weeks.

CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO.643 OF 2023.

By this application, the applicant/appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 06.12.2021 passed in M.A.C.P. No.108 of 2017 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Akola. 4.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest within four weeks, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 06.12.2021 be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. 5.

On failure to deposit the amount within the above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
